Ever since I can remember, I was interested in moving pictures. Growing up, I realised I have an eye for beauty and a mind full of stories to tell. I have been lucky to work for a variety of projects, film productions and event management.
I currently live in Johor Bahru, but am always happy to travel the world, meet new people, and join exciting productions. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and I’m proud to share the highlights of my work on this site. As a Media Studies student at University Malaya, I acquired diverse media skills including Graphic Design, Copywriting, Video Editing, and Screenwriting. Despite the pandemic's shift to online learning, my professors broadened my industry perspective. Eager to apply my expanded horizons, I'm motivated to innovate and craft compelling projects ahead.

My Form 6 years in Malaysia's higher education (Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia) were marked by relentless pursuit of self-improvement. I honed time management, note-taking, and communication skills, resulting in a commendable 3.92 CGPA. Embracing solitary and group study sessions in the library, I immersed myself in learning, devoting entire days to note-taking. Assisting peers with complex subjects bolstered my understanding. This period remains etched in memory—a blend of challenges and triumphs, shaping me profoundly.

Short Ads "Choco Neko"
THE CULTURE OF CAFE
The project is about a short advertisement for a café called “ChocoNeko”. The short advertisement aimed to promote the café which was themed as a cat café. The customers in the café can rest and have their leisure time activities such as reading books, writing reports, gathering with friends and more. The objective of this project is to promote the culture of cafes which are still lacking in popularity in Malaysia. The culture of a café is to provide a place for people to have their quality of time to rest and take a break from their busy life.

Film Production Projects
"Assignment"
I had worked as assistant Director and script writer for a short film program based on a fiction story. The story is first inspired by our team called "Horrorverse".The genre of the story is horror, which aims to elicit the feeling of fear, dread, or disgust from the audience for entertainment purposes. The story is narrated about a university student having a bad manner of managing her time. Her manner had led to strange things happening around her frequently.
Online campaign
A talk from Mr. Azrul Affandi Sobry (@/pencerita), a reporter and content creator, and Mr. Ceddy Ang (@/ceddyornot), a foodie influencer and TikTok content creator
The objectives of this program will centre around the guest speakers and their experience in gathering and keeping an online audience. In particular, any lessons they have learned and any techniques or tips they would be willing to share.
I had joined the event as a member of the technical team and was responsible for providing support for the platform before, during, and after the event.
News reporting project
The online newspaper name is UM TIMES which “UM” is the acronym of Universiti Malaya while the word “TIMES” represents our determination to catch up with the news or events which are happening around our university in order to deliver the news to our audience in time. Hence, we hope our newspaper can be one of the mediums for students to gain the information about our university directly.
